NOTES TO EDITORS

imageFORCE C3150

imageFORCE C3150 ensures ongoing high-quality output that teams can rely on, offering sharp 4800dpi resolution through Canon’s new OLED technology.

Improved print security is delivered using the Security Environment Estimation Engine containing a software algorithm, developed by Canon and pre-trained with machine learning, a form of AI. It analyses the network and automatically recommends optimal security settings and monitors risk – a critical feature for businesses with security concerns but lacking inhouse expertise.

With smart sensors, imageFORCE C3150 also uses algorithms trained with machine learning to initiate predictive maintenance to anticipate part failure and reduce downtime, ensuring teams have the critical business they can rely on to get their work done and next-level serviceability.

imageFORCE C3150 comes with a new user interface. This improved UI design is shared across all recently launched models and improves visibility and accessibility, when compared to previous models.

It is also cloud-ready for seamless integration with other cloud services, supported by the Cloud Connector option or Canon’s print & scan solution, uniFLOW Online.

imageFORCE C3150 is designed with sustainability in mind. Built with 30% recycled plastic and a lower energy consumption, the device supports businesses in meeting their environmental and sustainability commitments.

The 8100 series delivers improved security using a software algorithm known as the Security Environment Estimation Engine, which was developed by Canon and pre-trained with machine learning, a form of AI.

It is also equipped with connected smart sensors and uses predictive maintenance algorithms trained with machine learning AI to predict part lifespans and prevent potential failures, minimising downtime and avoiding operational disruptions.
