Version 5.4 of the Océ PRISMAaccess workflow management software features new Variable Data Printing (VDP) and job submission tools, enabling in-house and commercial Print Service Providers (PSPs) to deliver added value and offer simplified ordering.
Aimed at making it easier for PSPs – both in-house and commercial – to attract customers, the software streamlines online job submission for print buyers. It also makes it effortless for PSPs to keep customers informed about the status of their orders. The software enables PSPs to process jobs faster and have greater control over costs. Features such as email integration also give users more flexibility when it comes to handling jobs.
New VDP functionality supports the design, submission, composition and printing of personalised documents. This makes it possible for the PSP to create VDP-enabled products such as business cards and stationery that the customer can then order using the straightforward job submission system.
Océ PRISMAaccess 5.4 helps PSPs to attract new work through improved accessibility and hassle-free ordering with new features including easy submission of documents stored in the cloud and direct payment during submission. In addition, direct payment functionality gives PSPs direct feedback on payments, saving time that would otherwise be spent reconciling payments.
